I developed a strategic approach to employee merchandise that extended beyond traditional corporate swag. Rather than creating items that would sit unused in office drawers, I designed merchandise that employees would genuinely want to wear and use in their daily lives — effectively transforming each team member into a walking brand ambassador.

The design philosophy centered on dual appeal: creating products that people would choose either for their functional quality or their aesthetic appeal. This meant developing merchandise that could seamlessly transition from the workplace to personal use, ensuring maximum visibility and authentic brand representation in real-world settings.
